We care about outcomes, not output. That means telling you when a feature isn’t worth building, choosing the boring technology that will still run in five years, and writing down the trade-offs we made so no one has to reverse-engineer them later. Honest engineering sometimes means shorter invoices and harder conversations; we would rather keep the relationship than pad the scope.
